Payment Terms

  1. Full Payment: All orders placed through our website require full payment to confirm the purchase. The price you pay is fixed at the time of ordering. You must complete payment using one of the specified payment methods. Failure to make full payment will result in the cancellation of your order.
  2. Order Validation: To ensure accurate processing of your order, you must include the order number generated by our system in the payment description. This order number serves as a unique identifier for your purchase and is necessary for validating and tracking your order.
  3. Partial Payments: We do not accept partial payments. Any order not fully paid will be considered invalid and will be automatically cancelled. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to manage our inventory effectively.

Special Collections and Pickup Times

For our Eid Collection:

  • Pickup Date: The designated pickup date for the Eid collection is 9 April 2024. 
  • Pickup Times: The collection can be picked up between the hours of 15:00 to 17:30 and 19:00 to 21:00. Please ensure that you arrive within these time slots to collect your order. 
  • Location: The specific location for pickup will be provided upon completion of your purchase. Ensure that you bring a valid form of identification and your order confirmation for verification. 

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our business and our commitment to freshness, we ask that you carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Sweet Heavenly Cakes by Zaahirah reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website following any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
